Musings: Two Hearts

for one... as one...   
we are one.... one love shared....
 two hearts as one... one beat from two hearts...
     the day will come... when two will be one...
   and one will be left from the two... 
and will beat only as one...

Gadget - Fitbit

I've been wearing a Fitbit for over a year now and thought I would review it for those that are looking for something to help with fitness and loosing weight. This is one of those things that I bought long ago and never really used much after the initial fail of 2 months that most people go through. IT seems people will keep something for either 2 weeks or 2 months then fail or loose interest or give up. This was the case for me. However I picked it back up and been wearing it ever seen. It needs to be charged about once a week which is very nice. And usually only take an hour when plugged into the wall outlet.  When I bought it it was about 110 US dollars initially but they have come down in price now and there a several version to choose from now.  I have the simple one as seen here.  I have been thinking about getting the nicer one now that also monitors the pulse.  The initial Fitbit I bought the band broke with in 3 days.
